Digital on Plexiglass Collection

Lu Mourelle’s digital works on plexiglass originate from intimate hand-drawn sketches or from painterly explorations developed on canvas, which are later reimagined through digital processes. Faces and figures unfold through layers of colour, rhythm and transparency, where graphic elements and fluid forms coexist in subtle tension. The plexiglass support amplifies light and depth, allowing each work to occupy space with a quiet sculptural presence, while retaining the emotional charge and expressive gesture that define the artist’s practice.
