SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We shipping worldwide. The shipping costs are provided by third-party delivery services - costs are based on the size and weight of the final package, including insurance. The safe delivery of your order is our priority.
HOW DO WE SHIP YOUR ORDER?
Professional front-door delivery is our type of delivery service. We use professional third-party logistic providers to bring your items to you as safely as possible. Your order will be delivered in person to your building or your house doorstep by a trusted shipping company (DHL, FedEx, and others).
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO DELIVER MY ORDER?
Orders can take 1-4 businness days to be processed - period in which your artwork is packed with care. The delivery will depend on the distance from the destination and may take up to 8 business days after the pick up of the artwork.
TAXES & CUSTOMS
The buyer may be charged additional customs duties and taxes on delivery of your item. When a package is shipped internationally (outside the European Union), it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges will typically be due once the shipped goods arrive at the country of destination. Normally the shipping company will ask you to pay customs import fees. They take care all of process.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED?
If something is wrong with your order, please reach out to our customer service: info@lumourelle.com.
Take photos of the packaging (preferably before opening) and of the actual damage to the products. The more photos we have, the easier it is for us to assist you.
Your order is 100% insured. In case something is wrong with it, you are eligible for a full refund unless you choose to have it and want it repaired or replaced. In this case, we will organize the repair or the replacement of your item. It’s free of any additional charges.
If you choose to be refunded, all return costs will be covered by us.
RETURN POLICY
In case an item doesn’t fit your expectations, or you simply changed your mind, you can signal as your wish of returning your purchases up to 14 days after delivery. You can also ask for a change, or a refund.
If you receive a damaged item, you can ask for a repair, a replacement, or a refund within 14 days of delivery. The return costs are covered by us.
