ARTWORKS
All products presented on the website are original. The paintings are handmade by Lu Mourelle and are listed in the tab “Artworks”.
ORDER AND DELIVERY
We shipping worldwide. The shipping rates are calculated based on the size and weight of the final package.
Orders can take between 1 - 3 business days to be processed. Then, all orders are packaged with special care and are shipped by international carriers. The delivery will depend on the distance from the destination and can take up to 8 business days after the order.
RETURN AND CANCELLATION
The customer has a period of 14 days from the delivery of the product to regret his buying. We will be responsible for handling the cancellation and shall process the refund within 14 days following the date on which we were informed about the right of withdrawal.
The returned product that is damaged or dirtied will not be accepted, nor refunded.
CUSTOMS FEES
The buyer may be charged additional customs duties and taxes on delivery of your item. When a package is shipped internationally (outside the European Union), it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges will typically be due once the shipped goods arrive at the country of destination. The buyer is responsible with ensuring to comply with laws and regulations of the country of destination.
